Man poor dog, honestly it looks like torture for him poor thing, I’d want to put him down because he is frantically looking all over trying to see and hear. He probably has some mental problems for not being able to see or hear too poor thing. If that was me I wouldn’t want to live a life like this. Not being able to use your most important senses. Especially as a pack animal who are social animals just like humans are. In fact humans go insane if kept in solitary confinement and in dark rooms. So I can imagine the poor dog could be suffering even though he’s obviously looks like he is in a good home.
